About this course

Every executive team in Dakar, Abidjan and Bamako is asking the same question in 2026: what should we do with AI, on what budget, and without putting our data at risk? Few people can answer it in concrete terms. Those who can diagnose, price, deploy and train are rare, and they charge accordingly. **Who this course is for.** People who already use and automate AI for their own work and want to do it for clients: freelancers, consultants, professionals changing careers, agency owners and trainers. **The concrete result.** An AI consulting practice ready to run: a positioned offer, a prospect pipeline, a diagnostic method, a proposal and contract template, a deployment and training method, a return on investment dashboard, and a first complete engagement, real or simulated, documented from start to finish. **What you do.** Ten modules, forty lessons, ten projects. You choose your positioning and find your first clients, run an AI diagnostic inside an organization, price and contract the work, set the security, ethics and compliance framework, design the roadmap and the pilot, deliver, train the teams and support the change, measure return on investment, then build recurring revenue, work with subcontractors and supervise junior consultants. **What you produce.** Your offer and rate card, your prospecting plan, a diagnostic report, a sales proposal and a contract, a company AI policy, a roadmap, a deployment plan, a training program, a return on investment report and your 12-month growth plan. **Where it fits in the track.** Level 5 and the top of the Artificial Intelligence track, following level 4, "Automate your work with AI, no code required". You move from someone who can do the work to someone who gets it done, advises and stands behind their recommendations in front of a client.

Who it is for: Freelancers and consultants, professionals changing careers, transformation leads, trainers, digital project managers and agency owners in Dakar, Abidjan, Bamako, Cotonou or the diaspora who already master AI tools and no-code automation and want to turn them into a consulting practice billed to companies and organizations.

Questions about this course

Do I need to be an engineer or a data scientist to become an AI consultant?

No, not for consulting to SMEs and organizations as taught here: diagnostics, off-the-shelf tools, no-code automation, governance and training. Projects that require custom development or model training are identified, and you learn how to hand them to technical partners.

Can I take this level without the previous ones?

Yes, if you already master custom assistants, no-code automation and process documentation. Otherwise, start with level 4: this level assumes those skills and focuses on the consulting profession itself.

What if I do not have a client yet for the final project engagement?

The final project accepts a real engagement (recommended, even at an introductory price) or a simulated engagement based on a detailed case study we provide. Module 2 gives you a plan to land a first diagnostic engagement while you take the course.

Are the rates quoted realistic?

They are ranges observed in Dakar and Abidjan in 2026, not promises. Module 1 teaches you to calculate your own rate card from your time, your costs and the value created for the client, and not to undersell your first engagements.

Is there any feedback or supervision?

Every project is graded against a public 100-point rubric, with written feedback. The last module also covers your own role as a supervisor: subcontracting, training and reviewing the work of junior consultants.

How much time per week?

4 to 5 hours a week for 10 weeks. The final project runs alongside modules 6 to 10, ideally on a real engagement.

How do I pay?

Via Wave or Orange Money. After enrolling you receive a pro forma invoice by email with the number to pay. Send the proof on WhatsApp: your access is activated within 24 business hours.

How long do I keep access?

For life, updates included. Learn at your own pace and revisit lessons as often as you need.

How do I get the certificate?

Complete the lessons and pass each module quiz with at least 70%. The certificate is generated automatically, with a unique number and a public verification page.
