The verdict in three sentences
If you already run an agency, a studio or an established freelance business in Abidjan, the Digital Entrepreneur: building a profitable offer and growing it course (level 5 Advanced, 200,000 FCFA (about 305 EUR), 40 hours) has you produce ten deliverables from your own figures, from an economic diagnosis to a 24-month growth plan. It requires your figures for the last 12 months, even approximate, and a working knowledge of Google Sheets. It gives you a leader's method, not an outcome: no revenue is guaranteed.
Who it is for, and the prerequisites
In Abidjan, many digital studios and agencies are up and running, yet each month starts almost from zero, two or three clients make up half the revenue, and the founder does not really know which offers make money. This level 5 targets that profile, not someone looking for their first clients (level 1 of the track covers that). The course is taught in French.
| Item | 2026 requirement or cost |
|---|---|
| Previous level | Level 4 "Growing your agency" (100,000 FCFA) or a digital business with regular clients and at least one employee or subcontractor |
| Your data | Sales, clients and expenses for the last 12 months, even approximate |
| Tools | Google Sheets (simple formulas), Google Docs, free HubSpot CRM, Notion |
| Level 5 course | 200,000 FCFA, 40 h, 10 modules, 42 lessons |
| Suggested pace | 4 to 5 h a week for 8 to 10 weeks |
| Full track (5 levels) | 350,000 FCFA instead of 450,000 |
The format is written: text lessons, PDF handouts, exercises, quizzes, and one project to submit per module. No video lectures, no live classes; a course forum and WhatsApp support answer your questions. Module 1 is a free preview. This level completes the Freelance and Digital Entrepreneurship track.
The ten deliverables, module by module
Each project uses your own figures, so the time spent goes straight into your business. The first nine come together in the final project.
| Module | Deliverable to submit | What it settles for you |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Diagnosis and direction (free preview) | Economic diagnosis and three-year direction | Client concentration, recurring share, three priorities for the year |
| 2. Flagship offer | Productized flagship offer and value ladder | Fixed scope, price and timeline for a segment that pays |
| 3. Unit economics | Three-scenario simulator | Gross margin, acquisition cost, customer lifetime value |
| 4. Recurring revenue | Recurring offer and anti-churn plan | Path toward 50 % recurring revenue |
| 5. Digital products | Product validated by pre-sales | 20 buyers before building, personal data (ARTCI) |
| 6. Acquisition | Multichannel system and referral program | Content, Google, LinkedIn, partners, events |
| 7. Key accounts | Key account or tender file | ANRMP, donors, euro-paying clients, BCEAO exchange rules |
| 8. Structure and funding | Legal structure and funding file | OHADA SARL, SAS or SUARL, shareholder agreement |
| 9. Organization | Target organization and management system | Right-hand hire, quarterly objectives |
| 10. Steering over 24 months | 24-month growth plan | 12 indicators, risks, new market |
Three deliverables deserve a word for an Abidjan founder. The anti-churn plan in module 4 has you design subscriptions, maintenance packages and framework agreements, with the goal of pushing recurring revenue toward 50 %. The referral program in module 6 covers finding, paying, tracking and contracting your partners. The key account or tender file in module 7 deals with Ivorian public procurement (ANRMP), NGO tenders and invoicing foreign clients in line with WAEMU exchange regulations.
The final project is a 15 to 20-page growth plan with its spreadsheet and a 10-minute video presentation you record yourself. It is a document you can use with a partner, a banker or your team.
What a digital business can aim for, as an order of magnitude
The course page gives an order of magnitude observed in Dakar and Abidjan in 2026: a productized digital services business with 40 to 50 % recurring revenue commonly reaches 30 to 80 million FCFA in annual sales (about 46,000 to 122,000 EUR) with 5 to 10 people, and a well-positioned digital product often adds 500,000 to 3,000,000 FCFA per launch. These figures vary widely with segment and execution: no result is guaranteed. The funding schemes cited in the course are those published in September 2026 and decide case by case.
Mini case study
Consider a hypothetical learner: Kouadio, 36, founder of a four-person studio in Cocody, with about 36 million FCFA in annual sales, only 10 % of it recurring. His largest client accounts for 40 % of revenue.

Illustrative calculation: if he converted five one-off clients into maintenance packages at 150,000 FCFA a month, he would add 9 million FCFA of recurring revenue a year, lifting his recurring share from about 10 % to nearly 30 % at constant one-off revenue (12.6 million out of 45). The 200,000 FCFA course would equal just over one month of a single such package. This scenario is a working hypothesis, exactly the kind of calculation the module 3 simulator has you set up, not a promised result.
