How the mechanism works

2. You recommend

3. Kolonell qualifies and signs

Kolonell contacts the prospect (within 24h), does the meeting, sends the quote, negotiates, signs. You do NO additional commercial work. If you want to be present at the first meeting, that's possible — but not mandatory.

4. The client signs + pays the deposit

As soon as the client pays their deposit (typically 50% of the project), the commission is due. For a 1.5M FCFA project at 20% commission = 300,000 FCFA to you.

5. Commission payment within 48h
