The independent consulting market (business coach, strategy consultant, growth, ops, finance, HR) is huge but ultra-fragmented. H2: Niche + authority + premium funnel

Niche positioning. The site H1 isn't "Growth consultant". It's: "I help francophone B2B SaaS founders (Senegal, Ivory Coast, France, Morocco) go from 50 to 500K EUR ARR in 9-15 months". Specific. Measurable. Time-bounded.

Authority — case studies. Each case study follows the same format: 1-paragraph context, problem, 2-4-paragraph intervention, quantified result (before/after ARR, CAC, churn rate, NRR), 1-2 founder quotes. 8-15 case studies = an indefensible authority library.

Authority — testimonials. 60-120 sec video, vertical format, founder facing camera, structure: (1) who I am, (2) why I contacted Aminata, (3) what we did, (4) result. Hosted on Mux (quality + analytics) or Cloudflare Stream.

Authority — articles. 30 in-depth articles minimum, format "I did X across Y companies, here are the patterns". No generic "10 tips to grow". Distribution: LinkedIn + Substack/Beehiiv newsletter (3,500 - 12,000 subscriber target).
