No programming skills are required: everything is built by drag and drop with forms, spreadsheets and templates. Automation tools cannot be configured on a phone, hence the computer requirement. You also need a Google account; free Make and Zapier accounts are created in module 4. Module 8 covers compliance with law 2008-12 on personal data, the Senegalese text the course uses as its reference: in Abidjan, also check the Ivorian framework that applies to your clients.

The Artificial Intelligence track places this course after level 3 "Generative AI for professionals", which has you build a first simple scenario, and before level 5 "AI consultant: selling, scoping and delivering engagements". If you do not yet have a prompt library, start lower: the full track costs 350,000 FCFA instead of 450,000.
The format is written: text lessons, PDF handouts, exercises with answer keys, quizzes and projects to submit, with no video and no live classes. Support runs through the course forum and WhatsApp. By passing the module quizzes with at least 70 %, you earn a numbered Kolonell Academy certificate, verifiable online (QR code), to add to LinkedIn; your final project must also be approved by a reviewer.

Do I need to know how to code?

Can I take the course on my phone?
You can read the lessons on a phone, even on 3G. The scenarios, however, are configured on a computer with a stable connection: allow 3 hours a week for 7 weeks.
I have not taken level 3. Can I start here?
Yes, if you already write structured prompts and have a prompt library. Otherwise level 3 is recommended, because it lays the foundations this level 4 assumes.
Can WhatsApp be automated?
Partly: module 6 covers the catalogue, quick replies, automatic messages and labels, with a base of 30 frequent questions. It also explains what you never automate (complaints, payments, health) and why unofficial tools put your number at risk of being blocked.
