AI Course in Bobo-Dioulasso: Access, Orange Money Payment and Certificate

Digital Africa

The verdict in three sentences

If your job in Bobo-Dioulasso involves a lot of writing (letters, reports, minutes, lesson plans, schedules), the course Write, analyze and organize your work with AI (level 2 Beginner, 50,000 FCFA, 10 h) gives you a method to get good answers from AI on the first try. The course page cites a saving of 2 to 4 hours per week depending on how much writing the job involves. You pay with Orange Money or Wave, access opens within 24 working hours, and you can read module 1 for free before deciding.

Before you enroll: requirements and equipment

Most questions from prospective learners concern what you need before starting. Here are the answers, point by point, based on the official program.

QuestionAnswerComment

What equipment?A computer, strongly advisedIn practice essential to have long documents read

If you have never opened ChatGPT or Gemini, start instead with level 1 of the track, 'Discover AI and use it this week'. All five levels are on the Artificial Intelligence track page: the full track costs 350,000 FCFA instead of 450,000.

What the course contains

Five modules, twenty written lessons of 15 to 20 minutes, a PDF handout and a quiz per module, exercises with answer keys and two projects to submit. There is no video and no live class.

ModuleWhat you doExample for an officer or teacher

2. Writing professional documents with AILetters, memos, procedures, reports, six-point review gridTemplate for an official letter or class council report

4. Organizing ideas, plans and presentationsOutlines, a 10-slide deck with Gamma or Copilot, meetingsPrepare a staff meeting or a teaching sequence
5. Your daily AI work system20-minute routine, decision support, time savedFinal project measured over four weeks

Module 3 stresses a point that matters in public administration: you classify each document (public, internal to anonymize, confidential that never leaves) before giving it to an AI. If your employer has an AI policy, it comes first. The detailed program is on the Write, analyze and organize your work with AI course page (the course is taught in French).

Short, practical online courses (taught in French), graded exercises, certificate. Pay with Wave or Orange Money.

Consider a hypothetical learner: Issouf, 38, an administrative officer at a regional directorate in Bobo-Dioulasso who writes letters and an activity report every week. Illustrative math: if he saved 3 hours a week, mid-range of the cited figure, that would be about 12 hours a month. At 50,000 FCFA, the cost works out to just over 4,000 FCFA per hour saved in the first month, and falls after that. This saving is not guaranteed: it depends on how much writing his job involves and how regularly he practices.

FAQ

I already use ChatGPT. What more will I learn?

A method and a system: templates for your recurring documents, a procedure for having long documents read, and a routine measured over four weeks. You leave with a library of 20 tested prompts in Google Sheets.

Can I follow the course on a phone only?

Lessons read fine on a phone, even on 3G. For exercises on long documents, such as a 40-page report, a computer is strongly advised.

How much time per week?

About 2 hours a week for 5 weeks, 10 hours in total. The final project is built over four real working weeks.

What is the certificate worth?

It is a numbered Kolonell Academy certificate, verifiable online via QR code, that you can add to LinkedIn. It shows you completed the course and passed the quizzes with at least 70 %; it is not a state diploma.

Who answers my questions?

You have the course forum and WhatsApp support. There are no live classes and no one-to-one coaching: you progress on your own, at your pace, with the answer keys.
