Will clients approve hours online?
In our projects, 70 to 80% of clients approve online from the second month, because it cuts their own disputes. The rest send a photo, attached automatically to the right assignment.
Do we have to change payroll software?
Not necessarily. If your payroll package accepts a variables import, the new tool feeds it directly; otherwise an integrated payroll module is quoted separately.
How are changes to contribution rates or minimum wage handled?
Rates are admin-editable parameters with an effective date. A regulatory update is handled under maintenance, usually within 5 working days.
Can workers access their payslips?
Yes, through a lightweight mobile space that works on 3G: payslips, contracts and certificates. That removes much of the 200 to 300 monthly walk-ins at the branch.
When is the first live payroll on the new tool?
Allow 4 to 6 months overall, including one month of parallel payroll. The first production payroll usually runs in month five.
