Reconciled COD and cost per delivery
Cash on delivery remains dominant, but it is also the first source of leakage. The app matches each collection to a parcel, and the rider remits at day-end an amount the system knows to the cedi. Combined with mobile money, COD can migrate to MoMo, cutting handled cash further.
